Allison joined Buoy in 2020, bringing 15 years of experience helping startups, foundations, and companies improve and organize their most important initiatives. With a background in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she brings a diverse, solutions-oriented approach to every engagement.

Prior to starting her consulting practice, Allison worked as a strategy consultant in Accenture's Talent & Organization practice, delivering value to Fortune 100 companies. She has also managed data strategy for an education nonprofit, served as a K-12 classroom educator, and cut her teeth in analytics at a digital marketing firm.

She earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, a master’s degree in education from the University of Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wake Forest University.

Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Allison enjoys practicing yoga, thrifting, and hanging out with her family.
