AJ joined Buoy in 2025 as a graphic designer. She brings a passion for working with mission-driven organizations to share their stories through creative and original designs. 

Throughout her career, AJ has worked with a diverse array of clients and projects. She supported strategic design efforts at the Southern Poverty Law Center, led large-scale, multilingual marketing campaigns for the NYC Department of Education, and developed branding for youth cultural events throughout New York City. 

She earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and is currently pursuing a certification in digital accessibility from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. 

Based in the Metro Atlanta area, AJ spends most of her time outdoors gardening, caring for animals, and taking long walks.
